RETURNS & REFUNDS 

We currently offer returns to customers from the UK, Europe and USA.* We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us within 14 days of receiving. Items(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment. The original delivery charge will not be refunded. For returns from Europe and USA the cost of the return will be deducted from your original payment method. This will be charged at the same rate as your original shipping cost. 

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges for Europe due to increased duties and shipping rates. 

*SALE ITEMS - Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer returns on Sale Items for non UK customers unless the goods are faulty. 


UK RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Complete the Return and Exchange form that was included with your order
    2. Re-pack any items being returned but do not seal as the courier may wish to inspect the contents.  
    3. Attach one copy of the pre-printed and pre-paid DHL label that was included in your order  to the package and give the other to the courier. 
    4. To arrange a collection follow the link below or contact DHL customer services on (UK) 0844 248 0844 - You will need to quote the waybill reference printed on your DHL return label.

EUROPE AND USA RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
